How We Started

In 2018, our founders were working on opposite sides of a commercial solar project. One managed facilities for a retail chain. The other was an energy engineer at a consultancy. The project succeeded technically but nearly failed organizationally.

They realized that successful energy transitions required equal parts engineering expertise and change management. Technical solutions are necessary but insufficient. The organizations that transform are the ones who understand the human and financial systems alongside the energy systems.
